2-Inch or 3-Inch Wafer Light Installation – Existing Finished Space (Light Supplied by Company, Routed Through Attic or Crawlspace Only)
This service includes the professional installation of one standard 2-inch or 3-inch wafer-style LED recessed light, supplied by our company, in a finished residential ceiling. Wiring is routed through an accessible attic or crawlspace to allow for a clean, low-impact installation without opening up finished walls or ceilings.
These compact wafer lights are ideal for accent lighting, tight spaces, or smaller rooms where a low-profile fixture is needed. We use standard model lights with fixed color temperature. Specialty trims, custom colors, or selectable models are available at an additional charge.
Includes:
– One basic 2-inch or 3-inch wafer-style LED light (standard model and color, supplied by company)
– Up to 5 feet of wire routed through attic or crawlspace
– Ceiling cut-out and secure mounting
– Connection to nearby accessible power source
– Electrical box, connectors, and mounting hardware
– Installation and termination labor
– Work completed to current residential electrical code
Excludes (available at additional charge if needed):
– Fishing wires through finished ceilings or walls
– Electrical conduit (if required, charged per 10-foot increment)
– Permits (if required by local authority)
– Switch relocation or new switch installation
– Special order lights, specialty trims, or custom color fixtures
– Smart switch integration or surge protection
