Service Overview:
This service includes the replacement of an existing hardwired exit sign with integrated emergency lights using a new, basic LED combo unit provided by Problem Solved Electric. This unit includes a battery backup and two adjustable egress lights to illuminate the path of egress during a power outage.
 
This is a like-for-like install, performed at the same location with no changes to the existing wiring or mounting configuration.
 
What’s Included:
 
One (1) basic LED exit sign with integrated emergency egress lights and battery backup
Removal of existing exit/emergency combo unit
Installation at the same location, using the existing junction box
Hardwired connection to 120V or 277V circuit
Aiming and adjustment of integrated emergency lights
Function check for normal and emergency (battery) operation

No troubleshooting, relocation, or rewiring is included
Installation assumes existing circuit is functional and up to code
If wiring issues or damage are discovered, additional work will be quoted separately
Unit provided is a basic commercial-grade model with no advanced features (no remote heads, no self-test, no tamper resistance)
