We also take care to protect your home by covering the work area with plastic to control dust and insulation.

Additional Charges Apply For:
– Ceilings over 9 feet high
– Fans weighing more than 50 lbs
– Fans wider than 72 inches (6 feet)
– Sloped or vaulted ceilings
– Inaccessible, non-code-compliant, or unsafe wiring
– Wire extensions if existing conductors are too short
– Inadequate framing or ceiling support
– Attic access required
– Specialty switches, remotes, or smart controls
– Fan not being on-site, fully unboxed, and ready to install
Exclusions:
– Existing wiring issues
– Running new wiring or switch legs
– Drywall or cosmetic repairs
– Fan mounting that requires framing modifications
– Full assembly of oversized or specialty fans
This service is based on standard residential conditions. Additional labor, materials, or modifications beyond the listed scope will result in extra charges.
