Final cost depends on fixture complexity and materials required.
Includes:
•Removal and inspection of the light fixture
•Replacement of all internal wiring with UL-listed, code-compliant wire
•Rewiring of sockets, internal connections, and grounding as needed
•Basic cleaning and prep for reinstallation
•Final continuity and function test
•Reinstallation of the fixture (if accessible and no modifications are required)
Excludes:
•Fixtures with more than 4 lamp sockets (contact us for custom pricing)
•Crystal cleaning or full restoration of antique finishes
•Fixtures requiring structural repairs (e.g., broken arms, cracked bases)
•Rewiring of integrated LED or smart fixtures
•In-wall wiring or junction box replacements (quoted separately if needed)
•Fixtures installed over 10 feet high or requiring special access equipment
Important Notes:
•We do not rewire fixtures with damaged or missing internal parts unless replacements can be sourced
•We only work on fixtures compatible with standard 120V residential wiring
•If fixture fails safety inspection after disassembly, we’ll notify you before proceeding
•30-day workmanship warranty on all rewires
