We believe in simplified pricing each price includes the following
-70 wire travel feet ( total distance wire travels from panel to hot tub)
-60 amp 240 breaker for panel
-60 amp GFCI outdoor rated hot tub disconect
-Labor
-Permit fees
-Indoor or outdoor installation
-Conduit and whip
-Electrical hookup of the hot tub
Terms:Excludesd diging and concrete cutting. Drywall damage is often required and is to be repaired at the homeowners cost.
Hot Tub Installation Disclaimer
All hot tub electrical installations will be performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local codes. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the hot tub is placed in its final location prior to electrical connection and that the unit is filled and ready for testing (if applicable).
Scope of Work:
Problem Solved Electric will install the hot tub disconnect and perform all wiring as outlined in the agreed scope. Any work beyond the specified scope—such as trenching, structural modifications, or extended wiring distances—may incur additional charges and will require customer approval before proceeding.
Hot Tub Placement & Specifications:
The customer must provide all manufacturer specifications, including electrical requirements (voltage, amperage, breaker size, and wiring diagram), prior to scheduling. Final connections to the hot tub cannot be made until the unit is on-site and in final position. We are not responsible for delays due to unavailable or incomplete manufacturer documentation.
GFCI Protection:
Hot tubs require GFCI protection. If the unit contains an internal GFCI, the electrical setup may need to be adjusted. Compatibility issues must be addressed with the hot tub manufacturer prior to connection.
Inspections & Permits:
We will perform the work in an inspection-ready manner. If permitting is required, it is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged.
Limitations & Liability:
Problem Solved Electric is not responsible for damage to landscaping, concrete, or surrounding structures unless otherwise noted. We are not liable for equipment malfunctions, leaks, or mechanical issues unrelated to the electrical system.
