Level 3 Troubleshooting includes 3 of the following:
- Circuit tracing
- Broken device idetification
- Loose connection Identification.
- Bad wire identification

Troubleshoot is exclusively diagnosis only.  There will be an aditional charge for whatever solution you chose Problem Solved to implament.
