This service includes the professional installation of one standard 6-inch wafer-style LED recessed light, supplied by our company, in a finished residential ceiling. All wiring will be routed through an accessible attic or crawlspace. This option is ideal for homeowners who want clean, modern lighting without opening up finished walls or ceilings.
Wafer lights are perfect for low-clearance areas and provide bright, efficient lighting with a sleek, flush finish. We use standard color temperature lights (no color-select or specialty trims). Specialty colors or special-order lights are available at an additional charge.
Includes:
– One basic 6-inch wafer-style LED light (standard model and color, supplied by company)
– Up to 5 feet of wire routed through accessible attic or crawlspace
– Ceiling cut-out and secure installation
– Connection to nearby accessible power source
– Electrical box, connectors, and mounting hardware
– Installation and termination labor
– Work performed to meet local residential electrical code
Excludes (additional charge if needed):
– Fishing wires through finished ceilings or walls
– Electrical conduit (if required, available per 10-foot increment)
– Permits (if required, available at additional cost)
– Switch relocation or new switch installation
– Specialty wafer lights, trims, color-temp select, or custom orders (available at extra cost)
– Surge protection or smart switch integration
