-plug must be in the same stud bay 
-Termination at device.
Charger is provided by customer
AFCI and Gfci is extra.
Digging is excluded
Existing wiring / electrical issues are excluded.
Drywall damage is excluded and is likely to occur.
Bolt on breakers are extra.
No aditional Device is included and would cause an extra charge if needed.
