This flat-rate add-on applies to any electrical installation requiring access to ceiling heights greater than 10 feet and up to a maximum of 16 feet. It covers the additional labor, equipment, and setup time required for safe and efficient work at elevated heights.
Ideal for tall foyers, great rooms, shops, and vaulted ceilings in homes and buildings across Hayden, Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Rathdrum, and surrounding Kootenai County.
Includes:
– Use of appropriate ladders or height-rated equipment
– Additional labor time for setup, safety, and access
– Adjustments for longer downrods, fixture chains, or ceiling supports
– Applies to ceiling fans, light fixtures, chandeliers, and other overhead installations
Additional Charges Apply For:
– Ceilings over 16 feet (quoted separately)
– Equipment rental if lift or scaffolding is required
– Installations that require attic access or structural reinforcement
– Fixtures weighing over 50 lbs
– Hazardous or obstructed work areas
Exclusions:
– Does not include the base install price for the fixture or fan
– Does not include drywall, texture, or paint repairs
– Does not include structural or framing modifications
– Does not include troubleshooting of existing wiring
