What we do

Do you install the mini split itself?
We handle the electrical side: the dedicated circuit, disconnect, and hookup. We regularly team up with HVAC installers, and we can recommend one if you need the full installation.
What size circuit does a mini split need?
It depends on the unit. Most single-zone mini splits need a 15 to 30 amp 240-volt circuit, and multi-zone systems can need more. We size the circuit and breaker to the manufacturer's specifications.
Do you handle the permit?
Yes. Mini split circuits are permitted and inspected in both Idaho and Washington, and we take care of that process for you.
